I am using Visual C++ Express 10. Recently updates of Windows 7 have automatically replaced version
4 of .NET with 4.5.1, which is not compatible with VC++ 10 and I have had to uninstall 4.5.1 and
reinstall .NET V 4, a time wasting process.
Do I have to upgrade to VC++ 12 to avoid this? Is that the best solution?
